¡Feliz año nuevo!
Con un poquito de retraso, sí, pero como es nuestra primera entrada de 2014…
¿Os han traído muchas cosas los reyes? ¿Habéis empezado el año cumpliendo vuestros propósitos? Yo la verdad que no mucho, porque lo único que hago es estar malita, así que ni puedo ir al gimnasio, ni me apetece leer, ni crochetear ni nada…me paso todo tiempo libro tumbada sin hacer nada :(
Mi pequeño Dumbo
Pero bueno, a lo que vamos, que no estamos aquí para contaros las penas, sino para enseñaros las cositas que hacemos. Esta la acabé antes de navidad, pero llevaba con ella desde verano. El caso es que lo empecé e hice el cuerpo muy rápido, pero luego me puse con las orejas y el patrón era un poco raruno, así que no me aclaraba de ninguna forma y quedaron horribles. Como eran una orejas feotas, no quería coserlas, y al mismo tiempo me daba pereza ponerme a repetirlas…y hasta navidades, que con el parón seril dije “me pongo o me pongo”.
Parece que se ha enterado de lo de sus orejas y se ha enfadado :(
¿Os gusta el resultado final? Yo creo que al final ha quedado un Dumbo monisisisismo. Y eso que cuando le estaba cosiendo los ojitos no estaba muy segura.

Happy New Year everyone!
It’s a Little bit late, I know, but since this is our first post in 2014...
Did Santa bring you a lot of gifts? Have you started with your New Year purposes? I have to confess I haven’t, but not because I don’t want to. I’ve been sick all holydays and I can’t go to the gym, or read or crochet...I just want to spend all my free time in bed :(
But, stop with the sad things, we are here to show you our artwork. I finish this Dumbo right before Christmas but I was fighting with it since summer. I finished the body and the head really fast, but then the ears were a disaster. The pattern is a little weird and I didn’t follow it correctly, so I ended up with a couple of ears I didn’t want for my Dumbo, but I was too lazy to repeat them. Just until the TV show Christmas break, when I say to myself “just do it already!”
Do you like the final result? I think is a really cut Dumbo, although I wasn’t so sure when I was gluing the eyes...
